If you purchased a Svan® Chair Infant Kit with Prod. No. 0317 (found on your box or footrest base), please discontinue use immediately and call for a replacement part. The crotch bar may become delaminated with use and break; possibly causing an injury or accident. This part should be replaced even if the original part does not appear to be damaged. These Infant Kits were manufactured and sold primarily between September - December 2003. This limited recall could affect other production numbers such as 0337 and 0404, particularly if the chair and infant kit were purchased separately (two separate boxes).
