  LOCK HAVEN — The following court proceedings were held before district judges:

  — Gage Mitchell Harper, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-second offense, driving under the influence of a high rate of alcohol and public drunkenness and similar misconduct, waived for court.

  — Aaron Lee Clark, of Hughesville, charged with rape forcible compulsion, rape of child, statutory sexual assault: 11 years old, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse forcible compulsion, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with child, three counts aggravated indecent assault-forcible compulsion, two counts aggravated indecent assault of child, three counts indecent assault forcible compulsion, three counts indecent assault person less than 16 years of age, three counts corruption of minors — defendant age 18 or above and three counts unlawful contact with minor — obscene and other sexual materials and performances, held for court, and aggravated indecent assault of child, charge dismissed.

  — Torr Thomas Gray, of Johnstown, charged with robbery-take property, theft by unlawful taking-moveable property, simple assault and harassment, held for court.

  — Blaze Maxwell Bierly, of Loganton, charged with theft by unlawful taking-movable property, waived for court.

  — Charles William Carr Bova, of Lock Haven, charged with corruption of minors-defendant age 18 or above, criminal attempt-unlawful contact with minor-sexual offenses and criminal attempt-indecent assault of person less than 16 years of age, waived for court.

  — Alvin Wesley George III, of Beech Creek, charged with theft by unlawful taking-movable property and receiving stolen property, held for court.

  — Bobby Joe Winkelman, of Renovo, charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance-first offense, not yield at roadway and driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked, waived for court.

  — Bobby Joe Winkelman, of Renovo, charged with fleeing or attempting to elude officer, manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, criminal trespass-enter structure, tamper with/fabricate physical evidence, driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked, operate a vehicle without valid inspection, operating vehicle without required financial receipts, fraudulent use/removal of registration plate, duties at stop sign, driving under the influence of a controlled substance-first offense, initial possession of a controlled substance by person not registered, recklessly endangering another person, flight to avoid apprehension/trial/punishment, receiving stolen property and possession of firearm prohibited, waived for court.
